Tomato Soup

Ingredients

1 peck tomatoes

1 bunch celery

6 medium size onions

1 cup sugar

1/2 lb margarine

2 Tbs salt

6 Tbs corn starch

Directions

Clean and cut up tomatoes, celery, and onions. Cook 1 hour, stirring often. Puree then strain. Bring puree, sugar, salt, and margarine to a boil. Then add corn starch dissolved in water, Cook for 15 minutes.

Can or freeze.
